Sandhan Valley: The Valley of Shadow
is situated in the western ghats of Sahyadris. The valley is located on the west side of beautiful Bhandardhara region near Samrad village. The village itself is located approx. at 3000 fts above sea level. Valley is surrounded by Alang, Madan, Kulang, Kalsubai, Ratangad and Ajoba mountain range.
This amazing place gives you the best of light & shadow experience while walking into it.

Our campsite is located in a picturesque scenic setting showcasing the natural beauty and geological diversity of India. Camping at one of the best locations in Maharashtra, you will be surrounded by total wilderness and a grand view of the Alang, Madan, Kulang and Kalsubai peaks. We can change the tented accommodation to sheded or home stay, in case if it rains.

The tentative itinerary for the Event is as given below:
Day 1, 23rd Jan, Saturday
Start to Kasara by Kasara Local (06:55 am Fast from CST)
Meeting Point: Kasara at 09:08 am.
After breakfast, proceed for base village.
Reach Samrad village by 12:00 pm.
Set-up and keep tents ready for the night stay.Have Lunch at villagers place.
After some rest, visit konkan kada and explore surrounding area.
After Sunset, have dinner and then enjoy the campfire.
Overnight stay in Tents.

Day 2, 24th Jan, Sunday
Wake up call at 07:00 am.
Breakfast at 08:00 am.
Explore Sandhan Valley and back to the campsite.
Pack up the tents by 12:00 pm

Lunch at the local village.
Post Lunch, start return journey till Kasara.
Reach Kasara by 4 pm
