Hey Mates, We at Trek Mates India Invite you for a One day Monsoon trek to Dukes Nose on 21st July 2013 & Descend to Khandala.
Dukes nose is a huge pinnacle which can be seen while travelling between Mumbai and Pune. It's shape is like a nose or a thumb. The sights from the top are unique and magnificent as one sees a vast landscape and the winding Mumbai Pune Express Highway cutting through the ghats and trains chugging along the tracks. It si famous for rock climnbing, valley crossing and rappelling adventure activities.
One needs to deposit Full payment into the following bank account to confirm his/her registration.
A good trekking shoes,
A haversack to put in all the things to be carried....so that one has ones hands free while trekking.
Pleases do not carry sling bags or Jholas.
Please avoid wearing Gold and other ornaments.
Medicine those if u require usually (Optional),
Rains are expected, so pack yr bags accordingly to save them from getting wet. Double pack your valuables in plastic bags

The itinerary for the Trek is as given below:
Meeting point : On 14th July: Swami Narayan Mandir, Dadar (E) at 6.00am.
Travel by private vehicle till the Base Village.
Pick up point Chembur, Vashi Kalamboli.
Reach Base Village by 9:30am
Breakfast at the Base Village
Start our trek by 10:30 am
Reach the Top, Lunch, Explore n Descend.
Reach the base till 4:00 pm.

Start the return journey, reaching Mumbai by 8.30 pm tentatively.
The cost for the trek is Rs 650/- per head
