Explore the little known
but extremely interesting and beautiful Gherasurgad. The Fort has inscription,
water tanks, ancient temples and buildings and falls in the western ghats
region of India and is historically associated with Chatrapati Shivaji. It is
also called Surgad. From the top of the fort you have the most astounding view
of the river Kundalika river snaking below and the peaks of the western ghats
in the distance.
The
itinerary for the Trek is as given below:
Pick up
points: Chembur - 06:15 am, Vashi - 06:40 am, Panvel - 07:00am
