Hello Mates , We at TMI Scuba Diving Special Visit to Netrani Island on 4th to 6th April 2014.
Netrani (also known as Pigeon Island) is a tiny island of India located in the Arabian Sea. It is off the coast of Karnataka situated approximately 10 nautical miles (19 km) from the temple town of Murudeshwara. Views from above give this island the appearance of being heart-shaped. Besides pigeons, the other inhabitants of the island are wild goats. This island has some of the best sites for scuba diving easily accessible from Goa, Mumbai or Bangalore. There are many dive shops from Goa that regularly organize diving expeditions to the island.
Murudeshwara is a town in the Bhatkal Taluk of Uttara Kannada district in the state of Karnataka, India. "Murudeshwara" is another name of the Hindu god Shiva. Famous for the world's second-tallest Shiva statue, Murudeshwara beach town lies on the coast of the Arabian Sea and is also famous for the Murudeshwara Temple. The nearest airport to Murudeshwar is Mangalore International Airport at distance of 160 kilometre .Murudeshwar has railway station on Konkan railway route.

TOUR ITINERARY
Day -01 , 4th April , Friday CSTM @ 14:30 pm , Catch 12619/Matsyagandha Express.
Departure from CSTM : 15:20 pm and Arrival at Murudeshwara - 04:10 am.
Day - 02 ,5th April , Saturday - Reach Murudeshwara by 04:10 am.
Check in at Guest House, Get Fresh and Breakfast.
Post Breakfast Leave for Scuba Training Session (30 Minutes Training Session at Swimming Pool)
Depart for Netrani Island by boat where we have Scuba diving and Snorkeling session. We will have at least one snorkeling and scuba session for each member. If time and condition permits we may have more sessions. Lunch will be serverd on the Boat itself.
Post Scuba and Snorkeling.
Later evening Fun at beach and enjoy water sports activities. Back to Resort. Dinner and Rest.
Day - 03, 6th April , Sunday : Explore Murudeshwara Temple and Surrounding
After Evening Snacks Check out from the Hotel and Leave Back for Mumbai by 12620/Matsyagandha Express at 17:30 pm.
Day - 04 , 7th April , Monday : Reach Thane Station at 05:53 am and LTT at 06:35 am.
The cost for the event will be Rs 10,000/- per head
